The event was organized with support from Rosatom, the Kaluga Region government, and the Moscow-based MEPhI National Nuclear Research University. The forum will focus on the role of dreams as a source of development - personal, professional, and technological. Rosatom CEO Alexey Likhachev, Russian Science and Higher Education Minister Valery Falkov, and Kaluga Region Governor Vladislav Shapsha will address participants in the forum. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi, and World Nuclear Association Director General Sama Bilbao y Leon are expected to address the event.
