Targets hit - According to the Defense Ministry, a power substation in the Kochetok settlement in the Kharkov Region was hit. - In addition, Russian forces struck a port facility in the settlement of Vilkovo in the Odessa Region used to transport military cargo. - Fuel and lubricant storage facilities used to supply the Ukrainian army and a dry cargo ship with materiel were also hit in the Chernomorsk port. - Russian forces also struck a dry cargo ship carrying military cargo while sailing south of the city of Odessa.
