**‘Sirens’ Charity Swim Event Returns to Fundraise for Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society**
The Sirens, a community of women passionate about the sea, are set to host their second annual charity swimming event, "Call of the Sirens 2026," on Saturday, August 1, 2026. This event aims to raise funds for the Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society, with a specific focus on supporting the Arodafnousa Palliative Care Centre.
The Sirens' journey began several years ago when a small group of women ventured into the underwater world, exploring the beauty of the sea with masks and fins. The upcoming event will take place at Almyropigado, also known as Scout Beach, in Paralimni, starting at 4:30 PM.
