The teenager was riding a motorcycle along Spyrou Araouzου Street in Limassol at around 1:00 a.m. when he crashed into a car driven by a 37-year-old man under circumstances currently under investigation. Medical examinations showed the 17-year-old suffered a severe traumatic brain injury, a lung contusion, and bleeding from his ears and nose. The 37-year-old driver was also injured in the crash and was taken to a private hospital in Limassol, where he was kept for treatment. Limassol Traffic Police are currently investigating the cause of the crash.
