Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland on Wednesday for a state visit to the United States, where he was greeted by President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump. The ceremony featured the national anthems of both countries, a 21-gun salute and a military flyover. Trump and Xi then spoke briefly before Xi's motorcade left the base.
