The Fire Service responded at 1.19 am with two staffed fire engines. The blaze caused extensive damage to the front of the vehicle, while a small area of dry grass was also burned. Larnaca police are guarding the scene and an investigation will follow to determine the cause of the fire. Over the past 24 hours, the Fire Service responded to 30 incidents in total, comprising 15 fires, 12 special services and three false alarms.
