The Russian Defense Ministry has released footage showcasing the use of Geran-4 Seeker drones in recent strikes against military-linked sites in Ukraine, specifically in the Kiev and Odessa regions. The attacks occurred overnight, with significant operations reported late Tuesday and early Wednesday.
On Tuesday evening, Russian UAVs targeted the Chaika logistics center in Kiev. According to Moscow, this facility was instrumental in storing and distributing components necessary for the assembly of medium- and long-range drones. This strike is part of a broader strategy by Russian forces to disrupt Ukrainian military logistics and capabilities.
In the early hours of Wednesday, additional strikes were reported, including an attack on a naval drone manufacturing plant in Odessa. The Geran-4 Seekers, described as a jet-powered evolution of Russia’s V-wing kamikaze UAVs, are noted for their enhanced speed and maneuverability, making them more challenging to intercept compared to earlier models. Another logistics facility, Stellar Jet, located near Vishnevoe, was similarly targeted.

In a subsequent statement, the ministry reported that two cargo ships carrying supplies for the Ukrainian military were also hit in the Black Sea and at the port of Chernomorsk.
