The collision occurred on August 4 in Limassol, when a car driven by a 79-year-old man on Xirokampou Street lost control and crashed into a metal railing at a nearby property. Konstantinidi was the front-seat passenger, while an 84-year-old woman was in the back seat. The circumstances of the crash are being investigated by police. All three occupants of the car were taken to a private hospital in Limassol, where Konstantinidi was admitted to the intensive care unit in critical condition. The other two were kept in the orthopaedic and surgical department for treatment. Limassol Traffic Police is continuing its investigation.
