The 42-year-old man is facing 11 charges, which encompass participation in a criminal organization, conspiracy to commit felonies, and abduction or deprivation of liberty aimed at unlawful confinement.
In a related matter, two other men, aged 49 and 51, have also been charged in connection with the case, specifically regarding the alleged obstruction of a police investigation and conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor.
