**Remand After 60g of Crystal Meth Seized in Limassol Patrol**
A 47-year-old man has been remanded in custody for five days following his arrest in Limassol, where police discovered approximately 60 grams of crystal methamphetamine in his possession. The incident occurred on Friday afternoon around 1:30 PM, when officers from the Limassol crime prevention unit were conducting routine patrols in a village within the district.
During the patrol, law enforcement officials stopped the man’s vehicle for a routine check. Upon searching the individual, they found a zip-lock bag containing more than 2 grams of crystal meth. Further investigation of the vehicle revealed a second concealed bag that contained an additional 59 grams of the substance.

Following his arrest, the suspect was taken to the Limassol offices of the drug squad, known as Ykan, where he reportedly admitted ownership of the drugs.
